We collaborate with you to determine the scope and number of files for review, with a focus on high-risk advice, while ensuring lower-risk cases are not overlooked. Even limited activity in certain areas, such as life policies, can be considered high-risk due to the infrequency of handling such matters.
We will select a sample of cases and request the vendor to securely upload them to our portal. A comprehensive checklist (see below) of required documentation will be provided to ensure a thorough review.
